paedo Callum Jennings caged for sending a string of sexual messages to a child for the SECOND time, after his previous conviction

Callum Jennings, of Jarrow already a registered sex offender has been jailed after for sending a string of disgusting messages to a school girl.

He was also charged for breaching his requirements of the sex offenders register and Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO).

At his first hearing Jennings pleaded NOT GUILTY but later changed his plea and has now been jailed for 22 months.

He was first snared by Dark Justice and received a suspended sentence at Newcastle Crown Court where Recorder Toby Hedworth QC said

“He was convinced Jennings, who has never been in trouble before, would not be back in court again.”

After he received the suspended sentence we was seen outside the court smirking.

He must abide by a Sexual Harm Prevention Order and sign the Sex Offenders Register.

Pervert HGV driver Michael Billham, 52, is snared by Dark Justice trying to meet a 13-year-old girl for sex

A pervert lorry driver was caught by paedophile hunters trying to meet a 13-year-old girl for sex.

Michael Billham, from Brunswick in Newcastle, made contact with who he thought was an underage schoolgirl over an online teen chat site last September.

The 52-year-old HGV driver sent a series of sickeningly ‘vulgar’ messages detailing explicit sex acts then planned a meeting at Newcastle City centre.

Judge Mallett said Billham, who lost his HGV driving job as a result of the conviction, has shown remorse and a willingness to address his offending.

Prosecutor Mark Giuliani told the court Billham had sent a message to the teen profile on the site, which was for 13-19 year-olds, saying ‘I would like to meet you’ and stating his true age.

Mr Giuliani added: ‘The group responded with ‘I am 13′ and then there follows what can only be described as vulgar messages from the defendant to who he believed was a 13-year-old girl.’

Billham was confronted on camera when he turned up at the Centre for life in Newcastle city centre on September 30 last year.

Mr Giuliani said: ‘There was an intention for penetrative activity.’

Gavin Doig, defending, said no real child was involved and Billham, who lives with his parents, has never been in trouble before and is willing to work with the authorities who can help him.

Bus driver, 63, who sent sickening bestiality messages to a Dark Justice posing as a 13-year-old girl is jailed for two years

A serial pervert is behind bars after sending bestiality chat to a fake 13-year-old girl he travelled over 200 miles to meet.

Ronald Young was duped by paedophile hunters into thinking he was swapping messages with an underage female he befriended over a teen chat site.

The 63-year-old, who claimed he was 18, said he wanted the schoolgirl to meet his friends and talked about a sex act involving his pet.

Within weeks, Young, who was already on the sex offenders’ register due to past convictions, travelled by train from his home in Scotland to meet his young victim.

He was confronted on arrival at Newcastle Central Station by members of Dark Justice, who trawl the internet to expose paedophile activity.

Young, of Motrose, Scotland, tried to get away but was held by the hunters until the police arrived.

‘He said he wanted her to meet his five friends and spoke of [performing a sex act on] his dog.’

Young was convicted of having indecent images in 2013 and given a community order with a sex offender programme requirement.

In 2014, he was given a suspended jail term for arranging to meet an underage girl at Waterloo station in London.

He was made to undergo a further programme and given a sexual harm prevention order.

Young admitted attempting to meet a child following sexual grooming and breach of a sexual harm prevention order in relation to the latest offences.

The court heard despite the intensive intervention he has undergone, he remains a ‘high risk of sexual reconviction’.

Judge Edward Bindloss sentenced him to a total of two years and three months behind bars.

The judge told him: ‘You clearly thought she was a 13-year-old female. You spoke about what you were going to do when you met with her. You were grooming her.

‘You planned to carry out sexual acts on meeting her.

‘The sexual offenders programme has not helped you resist this sort of behaviour. The sexual harm prevention order has not stopped you talking in the way described.’

Jane Foley, defending, said the only mitigation she could properly advance was Young’s guilty pleas.

Dark Justice snare pervert Stephen Bateman trying to meet ’13-year-old girl’ for a ‘kiss and a cuddle’

Stephen Bateman thought he was meeting an underage schoolgirl he had met on Facebook and been having online sex chat with.

But the 24-year-old had been snared by Dark Justice, who pose as teen girls online to expose men looking for sex with children.

But despite adding the ‘girl’ on Facebook and pleading guilty to attempted grooming a judge let him walk from court.

Judge Amanda Rippon handed him a suspended sentence – because of his immaturity, vulnerability and low intellect.

Bateman was snared when Dark Justice turned up to meet him – with the police in tow – at the landmark Millennium Bridge in Newcastle in February.

Bateman initially claimed he was in the area just to see the seaside quayside, a patch of walkway the council converts into a makeshift beach each year.

Prosecutor Emma Downing said: “He said his only intention was to look at the

Quayside beach and denied sexual motivation.

“He said they were only going to chat.”

On the day he was due to stand trial at Newcastle Crown Court Bateman, of Eastfield House Walker, Newcastle, pleaded guilty to attempted grooming.

Prosecutors accepted his guilty plea on the basis he intended to “kiss and cuddle” with the girl but no further sexual activity.

Miss Downing told the court Bateman had sent the girl a friend request on Facebook and said it was a “random add”.

The conversation quickly turned sexual, despite Bateman being told almost immediately that she was only 13.

During one conversation Bateman was asked what he wanted at the meet up and he replied “kiss and cuddle”.

Judge Amanda Rippon told Bateman: “You must understand, this is a serious offence. You cannot engage in sexual conversation with children.

“You are lucky that this was not a 13-year-old who met you because the offences could have been a lot more serious.

“When you met your intention was to kiss and cuddle her and nothing more but if she had been 13 and a meeting had followed you may have gone further than that.”

Judge Rippon sentenced Bateman to 18 months in prison, suspended for two years, with rehabilitation requirements and ten year sex offender registration.

The judge said Bateman’s lack of previous convictions, his immaturity, vulnerability and low intellectual capacity meant the jail term could be suspended.

Tom Moran, defending, said Bateman was gullible and insecure, not a predatory paedophile, which the judge accepted.

VIDEO: This is moment 21-year-old Lewis Bruce was caught trying to meet a child for sex.

Lewis Bruce, 21 of Washington, Tyne & Wear was sentenced today (23/11/16) for attempting to meet a child following sexual grooming.

He sent multiple graphics messages and told the ’13-year-old’ Dark Justice decoy how he wanted her to use his mouth as a human toilet and have sexual intercourse.

He arranged a meeting at the Centre for Life, Newcastle upon Tyne, on route to the meeting he sent a text message saying: “Just bought some condoms incase we have sex”. When he turned up to the meeting he was confronted by members of Dark Justice he immediately ran off and was arrested later that night at his home.

When questioned about where his mobile device was by police, he claimed he sold it at Intu Metrocentre the day beforehand but in reality he had smashed the phone and had destroyed the sim card.

4 Whilst on bail for the first offence, he contacted another one of Dark Justice decoy profiles which proclaimed ’13-years-old’, but again he sent explicit messages and wanted to meet her with her cousin who was ’11-years-old’.

He was sentenced to an indefinite hospital order due to him having a number of mental health issues – The Secretary of State has to approve of his release, with sex offenders registration indefinitely.

You can watch the video of the confrontation below:

Dark Justice snare 43-year-old North Yorkshire man Peter John Reynolds.

Peter John Reynolds, 43 of North Yorkshire was sentenced yesterday (14/11/16) for attempting to meet a child following sexual grooming.

He sent multiple graphics messages and pictures of his private parts and told the ’14-year-old’ Dark Justice decoy how he wanted to have sex with her.

He arranged 2 meetings but failed to attend both so Dark Justice handed their evidence to Durham Constabulary because at the time Reynolds claimed he lived within the County Durham area, but it soon became apparent he lived within the North Yorkshire area and was arrested by North Yorkshire police and quizzed by Detectives.

He was sentenced to nine months imprisonment, suspended for twenty four months, with sex offenders registration for ten years.

Reynolds, of North Yorkshire, now has to abide by a Sexual Harm Prevention Order for seven years which places various restrictions on his access to the internet & children.

Scottish dad of four snared by Dark Justice paedophile hunters pleads guilty to grooming a child

JOSEPH Henderson was trapped by a fake profile and set off to meet 13-year-old only to be arrested with his lawyer blaming the “Machiavellian” tactics of Dark Justice.

A SCOTS dad has admitted grooming and attempting to meet a 13-year-old girl after falling into a trap set by vigilante paedophile hunters Dark Justice.

Dad of four Joseph Henderson of Bellshill, North Lanarkshire , visited an adult website and made contact with ‘teenager Jessie’.

But the Dark Justice group had set up amy’s fake profile on an online chat site. They swapped messages with Henderson after he made contact with the 13-year-old.

Newcastle Crown Court heard that in conversations spread over four weeks, Henderson said the girl was “beautiful” and “hot”, and that he wanted to kiss and cuddle her.

Gavin Doig, prosecuting, said Henderson wrote to the fake profile saying he wanted to kiss her “neck, shoulders and tummy button”.

But Mr Doig said Henderson stated he was prepared to wait until the girl was ready to take things further.

The prosecution said Dark Justice’s responses were “tempting Mr Henderson to express intentions to go further than he himself is expressing an interest in doing”.

Dark Justice were described as “Machiavellian” by a barrister defending Henderson, who admitted grooming and then trying to meet a 13-year-old girl.

Henderson drove to Newcastle, thinking he would meet the girl but instead he was met by police and arrested.

He admitted attempting to meet a child following sexual grooming.

Jamie Adams, defending, said Henderson was at a low ebb following the break-up of his marriage and a subsequent relationship, and he was drinking heavily and taking cocaine.

The barrister said Henderson visited the chat site, which was for adults, “looking for company and solace”.

Mr Adams said Dark Justice was a “vigilante organisation”, adding: “One can understand the purpose but it is sometimes Machiavellian in the way it acts.”

He said his client was encouraged “to say more than he wants to say”.

In his sentencing remarks, Recorder Euan Duff said the fictitious profile had made “rather inviting remarks” to the defendant.

“However, it is undoubtedly a serious offence,” the judge said.

Henderson was handed a three-year community order with rehabilitation requirements.

The judge said: “I hope you will never bother a court again. I am perfectly sure you will learn from this unfortunate experience.”

Henderson must register as a sex offender for five years.

Outside court Dark Justice said: “We don’t entrap people. It was his choice to come to Newcastle.

“Look at all the investigations we have carried out. If we were that dishonest, why didn’t he plead not guilty?”

Dark Justice have helped to secure almost 40 convictions in the two years they have operated.

Dark Justice snared a man, 44, who thought he was about to meet an underage girl so they could re-enact porn films.

Jonathan Haswell believed he had been sending graphic messages and pictures of his private parts to a 15-year-old girl online.
But the 44-year-old had been snared by Dark Justice, a two-man organisation set up to catch men looking for sex with underage girls.

Haswell had told the schoolgirl online they could watch pornographic films together and copy what was happening on screen.

He asked the schoolgirl, who told him she was only 15 and had never had a boyfriend, for pictures in her underwear.

When Haswell turned up to a pre-arranged meeting in Newcastle city centre he confessed he was carrying a pornographic movie.

At Newcastle Crown Court Haswell pleaded guilty to attempting to incite a child to engage in sexual activity.

He was sentenced to two years imprisonment, suspended for two years, with sex offenders registration for ten years.

Haswell, of Birtley, Gateshead, now has to abide by a Sexual Harm Prevention Order for life.

Haswell was the 61st person to be caught by Dark Justice.

An internet pervert who turned up to meet a 13-year-old girl he had chatted to online found himself confronted by Dark Justice

Unemployed Steven McCarthy believed he had been talking to an underage schoolgirl on Facebook and arranged to meet her at Alnwick bus station in Northumberland – after saying her tender years would not put him off having sex.

Newcastle Crown Court heard when the 46-year-old arrived he was confronted by members of Dark Justice, an anonymous organisation which exposes men looking for sex with young girls.

The organisation had notified Northumbria Police about the undercover sting and had officers in tow.

McCarthy, of Upper Howick Street, Alnwick, was arrested and pleaded guilty to attempting to meet a child following sexual grooming.

Prosecutor Lee Fish told the court McCarthy had sent a friend request to a Facebook profile of a 13-year-old and engaged her in chat.

When asked what he wanted, McCarthy posted “Sex, if you want.”

Mr Fish added: “At that point, the girl said ‘Does my age not put you off, being 13?’.

“His response was ‘Not at all, babe’.

“The prosecution case is that it could not have been clearer, the defendant knew he was speaking to someone who was supposed to be a 13-year-old girl.”

The court heard McCarthy repeated that the girl’s age did not put him off when they arranged to meet for a drink and he agreed there would be “kissing and stuff”.

On August 13 McCarthy turned up at the bus station carrying cans of lager.

He told police the alcohol was for him and insisted his plan was for the girl to go in his bed while he slept on the sofa.

He admitted he may have kissed the girl.

Judge Robert Adams told McCarthy: “Of course there was no child, but you believed at the time you were communicating with a 13-year-old.

“It was made very clear to you the person you thought you were communicating with was 13.

“You were even asked whether the age of the person put you off and you said ‘not at all’.”

Judge Adams said “it is not known what would have happened” if there had been an actual girl at the meeting.

McCarthy was sentenced to eight months’ imprisonment, suspended for two years, with rehabilitation and group work requirements.

He must sign the sex offenders’ register and abide by the terms of a sexual harm prevention order for 10 years.

Judge Adams said the intensive requirements of the orders, aimed at dealing with his “warped” desires, would better serve the public than a prison sentence would.

Richard Bloomfield, defending, said McCarthy, who has never been in trouble before, is not a sexual predator and represents a more “pathetic” character.

Paedophile who thought he was meeting 13-year-old girl for sex tried to smash his phone and ‘fought like a pitbull’ when he was confronted by Dark Justice

A paedophile caught out by Dark Justice ‘bent his phone like a banana’ to destroy evidence and fought ‘like a pitbull’ when he was confronted in the street, one of the campaigners said.
Richard Hewitt, 40, drove 200 miles from Cheshire to Newcastle thinking he was going to meet a 13-year-old girl after he made contact on a teen chat room.
He had asked the girl called ‘Jessie’ for naked selfies and sent her Whatsapp messages asking for sex, telling her ‘I will be your first’.

Hewitt, who has been subject of a Sexual Offences Prevention Order (SOPO) since 2007, did not realise the profile was a fake, set up by Dark Justice.

The group has been running for two years this month and has led to 64 people being arrested.

When Hewitt arrived in Newcastle in August, the group blocked in his car to stop him leaving.

The campaigners said he ‘absolutely flipped’ when they stopped him and tried to smash his phone to destroy evidence.

One of the campaigners suffered a bite injury to the arm and the other a suspected dislocated thumb.

They said: ‘He looks like a chihuahua, but he fought like a pitbull.’

Hewitt, who has 26 offences on his record, admitted attempting to meet a child following sexual grooming and breaching his SOPO.

Judge Robert Adams jailed him for two years, saying Hewitt had a ‘bad record for sexual offending’.

The judge told him: ‘You arranged to meet her in Newcastle, you drove to Newcastle, you told her it would be OK, you would be her first.

‘When you got here you sent a picture of yourself driving as you approached.

‘Your vehicle was trapped by members of Dark Justice to stop you from driving away.

‘You became agitated and tried to damage your own phone, knowing what might be on it.

‘There is an obvious risk of you committing further offences, as demonstrated by your repeated offending.

‘You have a very bad record for sexual offending generally. The 13-year-old girl in fact did not exist. We do not know what precisely you would have done.’

Hewitt, from Great Sutton, Ellesmere Port, appeared in court via a prison videolink.

During the sentencing, he mumbled ‘I’m sorry’ and ‘I need help’ until the judge told him to stop interrupting.

Outside court, Dark Justice activist ‘Scott’ said he and his counterpart ‘Callum’ were injured in a struggle during the consultation, although police did not charge Hewitt with any offence of violence.

He said: ‘We were on a chat room and he popped up and straight away messaging us, saying ‘I would like to meet you’.

‘He travelled up the same day.’

Scott said: ‘He snapped his own phone and bent it like a banana, trying to destroy the evidence.

‘He went crazy, he absolutely flipped out.

‘He looks like a chihuahua, but he fought like a pitbull.

‘He tried to take my phone. I was a bit shocked at the time. I wasn’t scared, more angry.

‘We have been spat on, but never anything like this.

‘This is the 64th arrest and 34th conviction – we will have been going for two years on October 30, and nothing like this has happened before.’
